• How to earn: Completion badges come from completing Opportunities (Mark as Complete). Optional: Community points come from helpful posts getting likes (no PHI).
• How rewards work: Completion badge milestones unlock discounts (leaderboard points do not affect discounts).

• A community leaderboard (points + levels) to build momentum.
• A rewards program tied primarily to completion badges.
WHAT THIS ISN’T
• A guarantee of outcomes.
• A replacement for clinical supervision or therapy.
• A reason to share PHI — roles only.
HOW YOU EARN BADGES
• Completion badges (primary): Earn a badge when you complete an Opportunity (Mark as Complete).
• Community participation (optional): You may earn badges/recognition during special challenges or campaigns (announced in the Community).
LEADERBOARD POINTS (COMMUNITY)
• Points are earned when members like your helpful posts or comments (1 like = 1 point).
• You can earn likes by sharing: implementation wins, questions, reviews, and practical notes (no PHI).
• The goal is momentum and follow-through — not perfection.
REWARDS (COMPLETION BADGE MILESTONES)
• 3 badges → 5% off your next eligible purchase
• 6 badges → 10% off your next eligible purchase
• 9 badges → 15% off your next eligible purchase
• 12 badges → 20% off your next eligible purchase
• Every 3 completed Opportunities after that (15, 18, 21, etc.) → 20% off your next eligible purchase
IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Discounts are one-time use and do not stack.
• Rewards may exclude limited-capacity offers and supervision.
• Rewards expire 30 days after issued.
• Discounts aren’t retroactive (can’t be applied to past purchases).
• Not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
