BCBA4Hope provides education and operational support for ABA practice owners/operators, clinical leaders, and CareTeams. Services may include:
Sessions (Live / One-Time)
On-Demand (Self-Paced)
On-Going (Live / Recurring)
Services may also include resources, templates, and written summaries. All services are non-clinical and educational/operational in nature.
BCBA4Hope services are operational and educational in nature and are not therapy, and are not a substitute for clinical treatment, clinical supervision, medical advice, or legal advice. If you need clinical care, consult an appropriate licensed provider.
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Payment is required before scheduling. Your session is confirmed after checkout. After purchase, you will receive a short intake form and instructions to select your session time.
Because time is reserved, live session purchases are non-refundable after purchased, except where required by law.
Rescheduling (24-hour policy)
You may reschedule your session one time with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session start time are treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.
Time zone: The 24-hour window is based on the session time zone shown in your confirmation.
No-shows are treated as late cancellations (no refund). A new purchase is required to book again.
If BCBA4Hope cancels
If BCBA4Hope must cancel a scheduled session and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose a reschedule or a refund.
Purchase errors
If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, contact us and we will review it promptly.
On-Demand Opportunities and other digital products include self-paced content, downloads, templates, and related materials delivered through our platform. Because digital products are delivered immediately and/or accessible upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
You are responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the session. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
All materials provided are owned by BCBA4Hope and are for your personal or business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCBA4Hope is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page, with the updated Effective Date.
