To protect privacy, do not submit protected health information (PHI) or any client/child-identifying details (names, date of birth, school, address, insurance IDs, clinic names tied to a child, screenshots, reports) in forms, messages, uploads, or session discussions. If we receive sensitive information inadvertently, we may delete it and/or request a revised submission.
